Jason picked Ryan because he thought he could win.

I seriously don't think Ryan had a chance of winning, but Laura is right, Jason will step on anyone to win.

So Charlie was right we weren't seeing the Jason she knew! The change in him, Jesus! No was believing Charlie and I even doubted her for awhile but she was been proven right!

This would seem to indicate that Ryan has been derogatory whilst in the house but it hasn't been shown
