But going with that approach he's putting peoples backs up against the wall immediately and they all want to fight about it, but Jason as we've seen isn't exactly the best at arguing. I think if you're gonna do the stuff he does, you gotta be a bit more sharp with your tongue.

this also proves that Jason had been bothered by Ryans use of language and confided that in Andy. It wasn't made up, He really felt offended by his crass way of speaking. Sometimes we don't bring up our feelings right away but ponder about them. Jason is not a super-human so yes maybe he should have pulled Ryan up on it at the time but nevertheless his reasons for nominating was his and he was proven right. Andy and Jason are not real friends. they are both playing the game. Andy wants the final so does Jason both of them are not going to get there. This is what happens with fake friendship made out of need for survival.
