Besides the Lateysha eviction (which was a masterstroke), has Jason done anything worthy of winning this series?

He obviously has strong support, but why?

Jason for putting up with Charlie with calmness and dignity alone deserves the winners cheque.

But he's been a very good, steady non attention seeking HM who speaks sense and isn't afraid to do the right thing.

He's blown the minds of all the young trendy reality stars in there who can't fathom how on earth he's survived and how the public chose to save him above the likes of Wacky Ryan, Sassy Sam and Lilo Laura.

That'll do for me.

What have many of the others done to be honest? Laytesha was talked up as some sort of entertainment goddess but I've found Jason more entertaining than her. He's contributed a good bit to the show. Maybe not a "legendary" HM but a good solid one with a few layers to him. Sometimes that's more interesting than those who jump around for airtime.

The young crowd's idea of fun is spraying shaving foam over each other. I'll pass thanks. What have they exactly done to justify winning? Jason is a gent and a legend for getting rid of Lateysha.

What have any of the others done that is worthy of winning? Being a gobby argumentative shite, wannabe fame whores etc etc certainly doesn't make them worthy.

Dealing with Charlie, dealing with lactator and dealing with Ryan,

JASON TO WIN

He;s acted normal and doesn't resort to arguing and he also doesn't display attention seeking antics like the majority of them in there have. Being a laidback individual myself I like the qualities Jason has displayed and can relate to him more than the others. A few of my relatives love being in the limelight and I find their constant need for attention exhausting, embarrassing and worrying at times due to the lengths they will go to get attention.

He evicted Queen Laytesha, that's enough for me.

Personally I wish they'd show his conversations more. We always see him talking to Andy, but it would be interesting to see how he is with the younger housemates.

It's brilliant there are still a couple of big characters in the show, doubt they'll win though.

Why does Jason's position in the House and popularity have to be explained I know you like Hughie OP so what has he done that makes him a winner?

However, now you come to mention it, this \/ \/ \/ \/

Every bit of me wants to like Jason - and for a long time he was my fave, or joint fave with Andy. But he's so fecking earnest and dull. I find him hard work. I was 100% impressed with the way he dealt with Charlie at the time but, looking back, he was a bit like a kicked puppy around her and played it up a bit. Since Charlie left I expected a really different side to emerge - and I was disappointed.

I think it's hilarious that he's getting so much praise for pushing a button faster than three other people. Because that's really all he did.

edited to add: I'll be quite happy if he wins; but I predict he'll be a very quickly forgotten winner.

Hughie and Jason are blatantly the two biggest characters in the house now, Hughie has a thread questioning his chances, I thought it would be interesting to see the same for Jason?

I want Hughie to win, because I admire his passion and his willingness to listen to others. Plus he is generally an interesting character.

His one failing as far as I'm concerned is that he refuses to listen and or take on what people are saying. However I am happy for him to win as I don't expect or anticipate that people I like are perfect.

As for Jason he is indeed interesting too and has manged to be at the centre of some significant events. I imagine if it was those twp at the end which is likely Hughie would just snatch it.

I'm not aware of anyone praising him for that. He is getting praised for having the balls to boot Lateysha out.

Sam done f all
Alex done f all
Laura shagged marco early on.. since then done f all
Jackson cried a lot
Jayne the odd tantrum
Hughie big blow ups. shouts quite often. Gave a blow job. But has done less of that lately.
Andy talks a lot stirs a bit .. game plays.
Jason mostly always calm. Strikes at the right time. Out plays the rest. Has taken out the person who most everyone in there thought would win. Rarely talks behind peoples backs. Probably less than anyone.
Everlyn has piped up lately. Saw through Jackson.

So there you have it, in the scheme of things Jason has done equally as much as anyone!

The majority of the winners are forgettable to me. I have watched BB since season 12 or 13 and can name Helen Woods as a winner, and that was for all the wrong reasons. Apart from that, I can't name any of the others.

What do most housemates actually DO! Usually for most of them, its' just act like a tit often!

That's about it!

When did this happen?

He is a vile, argumentative, whining individual and I wish he'd disappear from my TV screen.

Kissing your boyfriend noisily and getting your knob and putting in on the zebras mouth are not valid reasons to win to me.

Why does that take balls, though? Whoever pressed first had to evict someone. The praise, as far as I can see, is from people who don't like Lateysha and because they don't like Lateysha. I didn't like her either and was glad she was evicted; though the way she was evicted was completely unfair, as was the case with Chelsea. I just don't get why he's all of a sudden this massive master game player (someone called him this today on here - seriously). He didn't like her so he evicted her. And it was really uncool for his to cite her young daughter while he was doing so, IMO.
