I just don't get Alex or his popularity, I usually love a Liverpool accent but I cannot abide his drawl, I think he has got through life on his looks and failed to develope a personality.

I may be sceptic but I believe he has only got interested in Evelyn since he was called the most forgettable so he has got himself a storyline. It would be a travesty if he were to win the show.

He must surely rate as one of the most boring housemates ever? I could even understand Helen Wood winning more than him, and that's REALLY saying something.

Wasn't it great T.V. when Laura had a word with him about voting to evict her? There might as well been a dummy from Burton's window in place of Alex. Seriously.

I really don't understand some people Alex is a genuine guy and people are slating him for it! Why isit so bad for someone to go into Big Brother and win for being themselves? So many people have gone in that house lied to get into the house and turn out to be the complete opposite. Alex has been true to himself and I commend him for that! Not everyone has to play a massive game to win the show!

I agree. A lot of fans of this show are obsessed with calling a HM boring. How could they possibly know if a HM is boring or not based on 40 minutes of HL's everyday ? If we had live feed, then it would be fair enough to judge if someone is boring or not.

Laura was talking to him about not understanding why the two hadn't clicked like she thought they would. Throughout the 'conversation' the camera kept switching to Alex with a blank expression like he was a statue which couldn't talk and I felt like screaming at the television "Laura. That's the precise reason right there. That's why. You're talking to a plastic shop window mannequin".

What fan base has Alex got other than a few girls that think he is fit?
