I think most of us were perceptive enough to deduce that Charlie was a bunny-boiling loon, and I very much doubt that many have changed their minds after her continued and never ending campaign of love/hatred outside the house.
Since most of the housemates are dumb enough to see game playing as an evil occupation, Jason is hardly likely to hold his hands up when accused of it, when he knows full well he'll be faced with a shouty, hysterical hoarde of buffoons who wouldn't know how to play a game of snap.
