That's the only thing I really didn't like.

But that's it. I think all his other "arguments" have been justified.

I liked Hughie up to that point, but he really did go down in my estimation.

I hope he doesn't win but sadly it's his crown to lose now

So you thought Hughie's DR rant, his one sided discussion with Jason after Ryan left was totally justified ?... I don't, either Hughie has selective hearing or he is a bloody liar

Week 4, Hughie nominated Jayne even though she stood up to the bedroom bitches and called em out for bitching about Hughie behind his back... He was so desperate to get into that group

No way, hughie is a bully, the way he targeted Andy last week following him around 4 times with 4 different groups calling him a liar and a story carrier.

I didn't say he was, I said it was on the verge of bullying

I think he's an embrassment. But hey this has been a good sseason so no doubt it will end horrible. The winners are usually crap.

No, definitely not Hughie for the win. I don't think we have seen the real him.

He is obnoxious, during his arguments & his latch-on to Ryan was tedious, repetitive, childish & boring !!!

I want a real person to win. Either, Jason - or, Andy for me

I can't see anyone beating Hughie to be honest but I will be trying to save Jason and get him into the final. If Jason finishes runner up, I will be delighted.

Hughie to win!

Nah, imo he has shouted and bullied his way to the final, plus Ryan would benefit, I don't want him or Jackson to win.

"Bully" "Bully"...

Yes he was such a bully for asking Jason what he meant... BULLY. He should be ashamed...

He's the only HM who stuck his penis into the zebra's mouth.

No all of us find such behaviour amusing.

I think bullying is an overused term in BB.

Hughie can be a bit of a bully sometimes though. Following someone around, shouting them down, name-calling them, accusing them of having traits that he himself is guilty of and then refusing to listen when they try to explain or talk things through all are bullying traits and there's more than one time that he's done all of these things to various people.

Hughie believes he's right about Ryan, about nominations about pretty much any contentious subject and that anyone who disagrees is wrong. Instead of maturely conceding that someone may have a different view thinks that it's OK to label them 'liars' or storycarriers and remind them loudly and often.

That's quite aggressive and yes, bully(ish) IMO.

I think that's the worst justification to be ever given to dislike a HM.

Fine if people don't like him, he can be loud and shouty at times, but are we really going down the animal molestation of a toy route? God help us all

Clutching at straws.

Hughie has good and bad traits. I liked him for telling the crowd to stop booing Laura last night, and for being the only one with the sense to see that locking Evelyn in a suitcase was dangerous. His DR rant about Jason is just typical BB melodramatics, we see that kind of crap every year.

Overall Hughie definitely deserves to be in the final, so does Jason. They're both good hms.

I rooted for Hughie right from the start but slowly went off him when he got with Ryan & the bedroom crew.

I don't want him to win simply because it's a win for Lateysha's clique none of whom I like.

I completely agree Hughie has bad/good traits, but I think with Ryan gone, more of his good traits will come out (if he lets this Jason thing go). I'm not a supporter who defends my fave over everything. I've said all the time that i didn't like his thing with Andy. At all.

However, i don't get the "i don't want this person to win because it's a win for (insert name)", in that case, no one should win unless you like the friends of the person. I think the "it's a win for Ryan/Lateysha" is silly. A win for Hughie is a win for Hughie. A win for Jason is a win for Jason. A win for Alex is a win for Alex. A win for Evelyn is a win for Evelyn etc... They are not wins for Ryan, Andy, Jackson or Laura respectively. It's up to the winner to decide where their money goes.

I never base decisions on the "trail" they could potentially take.

Hughie to win. I couldn't stand Ryan and glad he's gone and hoping he can pull this off.

I like Jason, Andy, Jayne and Evelyn too.”

I have liked Hughie, thought he made a good housemate but my support, such as it is, went when he attached himself to the risible Ryan and that could apply to other viewers too. Still, there's still time for him to shake off the association in some peoples minds and remind us what we liked about him in the first place.”

I'm along these lines of thinking

Hughie is now in a minority of one living with people who talk to each other in sentences.

Exactly this.

Hughie's biggest fault imo is his immaturity. He can behave like a toddler and is quick to be on the defensive which of course can actually be the offensive to onlookers. And he acts the fool, like the class clown eager to impress, and that can backfire too.

His attitude towards Laura and Evelyn as Cheetah detailed, shows the other side of him. He has a good heart but has some growing up to do.

How old is he anyway? When Hughie apologised to Alex during Fishbowl-gate the next morning, Alex said "I was disappointed but I'm going to take that because of your young age, you have a lot of growing up to do". Isn't Alex 27? The way he said that, you'd think he was 50, i thought Hughie was only a couple years younger than Alex.

EDIT- Wiki says Hughie is 21. And yep Alex is 27.
