Problems with new Tesco mobile
Looking for some advice. My mum bought a new Tesco Mobile (Samsung Galaxy J3) on PYG yesterday. She was advised that it would take 24 hours for the phone to get up and running. It has a new SIM but her balance was transferred from her old Tesco Mobile PYG phone.
That has now passed and she is able to make outgoing calls but can't receive any. Is this a problem with the phone or will it sort itself out? Thanks for any advice. |

You will need to call customer services as the port hasn't gone through properly.

Split port. Contact the new network and they should have it fixed within 24 working hours.
