I agree with you, heather bell. I feel VERY sorry for Andy and I think that would be evil.
Anyone who would like to see another hurt on TV...well, that is nasty. Whether you like them or not.

I don't doubt it for a second, based on a lot of what you said. Or maybe I am just very cynical, due to personal experience like this..however, I do believe it.

Wtf.....BB can post any headline they want. Any issues with libel would be with Daily Mail that ran that.

Er.. no. You can't repeat something libellous just because it was printed elsewhere. "The Daily Mail printed it first, Your Honour" is not a defence against a libel accusation.

I don't know, but if I was Channel 5's lawyer I would tell them not to repeat that accusation unless they have evidence that it is true. For all we know Ed will let it slide in a tabloid newspaper which his fiancé cannot currently read but take a far more litigious attitude to Channel 5 if they repeated it to his fiancé in the BB house where Ed can't even get to him to deny it.
