If it weren't for the fact she only started wearing them when Chelsea entered the 'others' house I'd say maybe if she wears them all the time her calf muscle may have shortened. I spent many years wearing stilettos in a waitressing job and eventually couldn't comfortably put my feet flat on the floor, I would have to wear shoes when I got out of bed to go to the loo in the morning!

It's not like she is walking in sand so I don't get why it matters if she wears heels when sunbathing in the backyard? It makes her feel and look good so YAY for Jayne. If she was on a beach then I would say it was impractical.

I read somewhere quite recently, Dolly Parton has that problem, hence why she wears stilettos all the time.

A friend of mine is like that, her feet just dont go flat so she wears heals all the time even on the beach which embarrasses her but she has no choice

No idea why it gets under some people's skin what Jayne wears. She has a great figure (for any age). People bringing her age into it sound a bit jealous actually, it's like they can't criticise her figure so will say she shouldn't be wearing whatever because of her age. It doesn't make a lot of sense.
there are lots (and lots) of irritating things about the show ...this isn't one of them...wouldn't even have noticed if this rather odd thread hadn't popped up

I think as some people get older, they try to dress younger and dafter trying not to age. It's commonplace, but a lot of them look good. I'm liking Jayne more as time goes on.
