Will Cold Feet be up this week, or will a rpt of MBB take viewers away?

EDIT: Looks like even a rpt of MBB will take viewers away. Not worthy of a recommission tbh.

Cold Feet went from 4.7m to 4.6m. Timeshifts to over 6m. Other dramas have returned with less.

Like I said, Cold Feet went from 4.7m to 4.6m.

If Poldark, Ordinary Lies and The A Word can return so can Cold Feet.

Its consolidating to 6m+, but its weak in the overnights. What happens if ITV recommission, then next series it faces a drama on BBC1. It coud be down under 4m.

If it can't hold well against Crimewatch (5m+) and viewers turn over instead to watch the 2nd half of Panorama and a rpt of MBB, its obviously not strong to survive.

I thought I was quite speedy there.

Cold Feet is definitely worthy of a recommission. But they axed Home Fires which was getting good figures so they'll probably axe this in favour of more crap programming and dramas that majorly flop to sub 2m.

It has surprised me how low the overnights are for Cold Feet. I thought that it would have been a similar number to Victoria too. Instead it's getting Poldark numbers but without the serious competition from the other main channel.

Perhaps as a revival it hasn't quite worked out but I think another series should be commissioned. ITV have to give some of their drama a second chance and allow them to grow, especially as it hasn't dipped to Beowulf levels.

Look what happened to The Musketeers in series 1 to series 2.
