Seems like ages ago when we predicted Poldark would move to Autumn.
Bank Holiday weekend isn't always bad for a programme. Maigret did well on one of them. Victoria gets a week's start on Poldark so should get a big sample audience. I think lots of people will watch Victoria on ITV+1 as it'll be easier.
ITV make Victoria and bought Mammoth Screen which makes Poldark. They can't lose!
Will the BBC sitcom season start on Bank Holiday weekend? That's another thing I'm curious about.
