Well, maybe it was, but I think it'll put some people off catching up with the first episode, especially as the first episode is an extended one.

I'm hoping the weather won't be too hot, as I've gone quite high for the 9pm shows on the Ratings Prediction Game, but it looks as though the weather is likely to be warm, so you'll have more people going away for the Bank Holiday weekend than if it was wet and windy.
EastEnders has taken a few knocks on the August Bank Holiday, even when the weather has been pretty ordinary.
