Pointless creeping up each night, clearly benefiting from that later slot. It'll be interesting to see how that and The Chase did when they both returned yesterday.
As for last night, that's a much healthier figure for EastEnders after the disappointing New Years Day number - they'll be very happy with that I presume. Silent Witness got off to a good start. It is a bit lower than last year's launch but that'd be largely down to facing another drama.
The ITV soaps did a bit better compared to the last few weeks too although they seem to have gotten a New Year boost as well. The Halcyon had a decent start but it hasn't got far to fall. Channel 4 and BBC Two had a solid night.

So erratic! That figure would suggest to me the NYD episode will get a huge time shift, otherwise it makes no sense for people to tune in after the main event took place.
