i saw that and hoped he wasn't commentating when rafa and marc got through to the doubles final

i'm going to say it but i think the brazilian audiences are really rude.
Its been in a few sports this week, saw it at the volleyball. Loud booing and whistling during a serve... when playing against the brazilian team. It visibly was putting the server off.

The booing in the swimming is awful, when the swimmers are announced and walk out to the block before the race they get resounding boos. It's like the audience is full of stroppy 12 year olds.

They have no etiquette.
no class

although they were letting people come in when play was happening - no wonder it was distracting

I will be honest, Rafa looks tired. I know he really wants that doubles gold. Is he conserving energy here for that gold medal match tonight?

They are cheating Russians so they deserve it.

No. There's no such thing as conserving energy with top athletes. It's all or nothing.

Two nights in a row I leave work after Andy has comfortably won the first set. I get home and he's taken to a third, which finds himself a break down in.

Andy I can't take this tension, please do better.

Well I hope this riotous bunch don't boo Makarova/Vesnina on the podium should they win gold, because they've never been linked to anything dodgy and are genuinely nice girls.

Probably not as there's never been anything dodgy about them but the same can't be said for the Russian swimmers.

What's up with those pockets on Rafa's shorts?

Very odd.

It made me laugh when I saw an interview comment of Efidopa's saying how unfair it is and how everyone deserves a second chance. Erm you've been banned twice, love. How many chances do you want?

It's like he's wearing see through shorts, with dark white pockets.

It just looks weird to me.

They're quite tight too, not that I've been paying close attention or anything.

I remember when Bellucci outclased Djokovic for a set and then went away after that. Wonder if we will see the same thing here.
