The Kerbinator takes the first. Has she had a boob job? Her boobs look a lot smaller.

They are moving to Andy & Hevs match now.
She's a lot slimmer in general I think, she must be one of those people whose chest shrinks with weight loss.

Be nice if Del Potro gets a medal again although not because he beats Murray in the final!

That could be a tough match for Andy. No slip ups like the last 2 matches.

Kei was a bit shaky, it just so happened Gael was shakier

I am hoping Andy has got his laser beam focus on and more importantly, keeps it for the match duration.

If his first serve is above 70% he should be fine. If it drops to 49% like today then he's in trouble against Kei who is so fast.

I will shake my fist at the tv if Andy pulls something stupid like that.

It seems like fate that Andy will play 3 setters for the rest of this tournament.

I'll take the 3 setter for the final, as it's BO5

Catching up, jesus christ Petra! When you let an opportunity for Olympic gold slip by losing to Puig you know you're having a bad season. Kinda hope she loses the bronze match now, I'm sound like that

Great tussle here between Madison and Angelique, whoever loses will likely get the bronze.

Sad for Keys, but Kerber just way too hard to hit through. She still played a really good match, and you've got to think she'll have her moment at a slam some time. Haven't seen Puig's level, but I'd be shocked if she managed to defy Kerber the gold. Keys still has a great shot of a podium finish against Petra. If Kerber does take the gold, well, what can you say? An already unbelievable year getting even better.

Go Angie! And may, depending on Serena, have an opportunity to become world no.1...

AO, Wimbledon F and Olympic gold or silver. Who'd have thunk it?

Mirza and Bopanna look like they've got this. Probably a blessing in disguise with Andy needing all the energy reserves now for the singles.

Indeed, If Kerber wins the title and Serena fails to reach the QF's, she'll be the new #1 Probably not gonna happen, but weird to think it could be that easy!

I'd like Serena to hold it a while longer though, just five more weeks and she'll have the all time longest consecutive streak at #1. She's at 182 now, needs 187 to beat Steffi.

I was torn. On one hand, I thought if Heather and Andy won this, they'd have a great chance at a medal of some colour. On the other hand, Andy was looking pretty tired out there. At London 2012, the doubles helped him to sharpen his net skills, but he's guaranteed another two matches now in singles, and if they'd won this, that would be four matches in the next two days. He'd have played eight matches in four days, which is asking for trouble.
