Murray is battling his way through this match, shoulder seems to be a bit less troublesome than at 2-2 in the first set, Murray wins the first set 6-3 and 4-2 with a break in the second

Where are you all lightweights? Now for Jo Konta she's next up on centre playing Radwanska

I watched Muzza but was only semi paying attention, because it clashed with the athletics and Jade Jones. Think Andy looked lethargic and the shoulder is still an issue.
Obviously he can win Cincy if he wants to, but it may prove costly. Really don't want the shoulder niggle to become a serious injury. It's interesting that Anderson was Andy's 600th win on tour, because guess who was his 500th? Heh. |

Nightmare match for Jo Konta in the end. Got a bit unlucky in the second set and it all went downhill from there.

Not sure anybody is saying Andy had a more difficult time or that his draw was harder.
I did say that he didn't cruise through to the final though. |

Maybe it might happen at USO, but I reckon Angie will run out of steam. |

Think Watson is qualifying draw USO starts AUG29? (or 28?) Or week after? |

Heather Watson loses to a much lower ranked player in New Haven Qualifying Round 1.
Watson has also yet to win a main draw match at the US Open as well. Not great confidence for her going into the Open. |
