And he's only off to Chengdu of all places this week

Dunno why he's chasing points to this extent, he's pretty safe for London. It's some vulturing that Errani would be proud of though

The word on the on the interwebs is she's doing it to try and get her head together, apparently she's still playing Luxembourg and (I think) Linz to finish the season. The more I watch Genie struggle though the more I wonder if there really is anything to get together, and maybe 2014 really was just a flash in the pan. She was riding a huge wave of confidence so maybe if she can that back she may get somewhere, but in all likelihood she's probably a solid top 20 player at most.

Well done Woz, only watched the first set, hideously anti-tennis, but she has been doing it for years, and looks like she'll carry on doing it. Why oh why couldn't Rory have married her and giving her little Leprechaun sprogs to look after.”
Haha, love that Sharapova shade compliation. I know the narrative with her is that she's a massive bitch but to be fair in most cases she's usually responding to some prior provocation. I dunno what the "this is my home" thing was about though?
Anyway, really pleased with how this week transpired on the ATP side, great to see Zverev get his first title by beating two ten players, even if Wawrinka was a little fatigued. Nice to see Pouille win as well.
The WTA, meanwhile, are in Wuhan this week. Lisicki has already lost so it's all going to plan so far.
