Not really. He's backcombing his hair from the back now to try and cover his ever growing bald spot.
Is he really? He must be doing a good job because I didn't realise (or i'm blind, take your pick).

On an unrelated note, is anyone else getting harassed with video ads at the top of the DS page? I wouldn't mind but they have sound as well.

I noticed it when he walked on court yesterday.

It's just shaved at the sides and probably back and yes, his Facebook confirms that it's preparation for a hair transplant - some specialist salon revelling in the publicity.

But more importantly, the boy is back practising. Hopefully the wrist is fully healed now.
i'm looking at his facebook now and there's no mention of a hair transplant

edited to add caught up with your later posts!!!

i thought he's just gone for the agassi look!

Rafa must have given his permission for his photo to be used. He's probably getting a free hair transplant out of it.
Oh yeah, no doubt. Huge publicity for salon. I just meant Rafa's reasons possibly linked to his own sponsorship deals some of which rely heavily on his physical assets as well as his tennis skills.

andy? He is reluctant to give up on his hat, even through the indoor season (although, maybe an argument can be made for the indoor bright lights).

It's the salon Facebook page. I wish him luck, I knew someone in his 30's to have it done and it didn't last long at all, he ended up shaving it off. At least Rafa has the money to waste if it doesn't work. It's times like this i'm glad i'm a woman (praying I don't lose my hair).

I've just installed AdBlock for Chrome. It was properly annoying me.

My bad. I thought the graph on TV said defending champion. You can go back to smug mode now. Or even smugger mode. If that's possible.
Really? It was very clear in what was written on there.

Yeah, I lost my hair due to illness a couple of years ago. Really depressing - it has grown back but not fully. I was probably more upset at the hair loss than the actual illness!

You should be the one apologising for snapping at people all the time. But I guess you won't. It seems to be your go to setting.
Perhaps he can't tolerate stupidity ?

Milos in a TB. Shocker.

Strange seeing Djoko with a (2) seed next to his name.

On the bbc live update thingy it has:
"Novak Djokovic, peeved by the time that Raonic took to do his shoelace on a changeover in the tie-break, is already sat on his stool." For the MTO king to get "peeved" is rather....hmmm what's the word i'm looking for?!

I'm glad it's grown back, at least partially. My mum was upset when she lost hers, actually i'd say I was more upset at that point. I hope you get to your tournaments next year Jewels, I have everything crossed that you are well enough.

Mine fell out to after surgery jewels, the first time it grew back but the second time it fell out it looked terrible, worse than rafa but then my district nurse recommended kelp supplements and they worked a treat, although it's not as good as before my illness i look normal now!!

Thanks Jenny. I've bought the tickets and flights for both and booked hotels. The hotel bookings can be cancelled up until a few days before so I only stand to lose the tickets and flight money. A friend of mine who is a Ferrer fan is going to Barcelona and our days overlap so that's the one I am really hoping for......

Thanks planets, I will look into it. I reckon you and I could exchange a few war stories about our poor health experiences!

Yes, us regulars are nice and the more sporadic posters. It's just the random ones who usually spout off about something or other who ruin it.
