I know, I went to bed and everyone was fine. I get up this morning and it's totally different.

The whole argument was caused by you misreading a caption on the screen

To get back to tennis.
Will Andy beat Kei?
Will Monfils withdraw with injury and Goffin play? If that happens I think Goffin could give Novak a good match. Monfils no chance.

And that warrants you being rude to people all the time does it with your snappy remarks? Get out more and see if you can speak to people that way in person. I think you'll find you get a very different response from real people if you speak to them the way you do on here. I can see now how some people spend their time on message boards.

And that's the last I have to say on the matter. I'm not rising to the bait anymore.

Could we possibly see both Murray brothers at world number one (singles plus doubles) at the same time? If so, that would be unbelievable!

You never know with Monfils - apparently he caused a bit of a stir by saying prior to the tournament that he wanted Andy to win. Which is very nice and all well and good except for. the small fact that this was before a tournament that he himself was competing in....

Yes we could. It's very close between Jamie and Mahut for the number 1 spot. I think Mahut only needs to win one or maybe 2 more matches whereas Jamie has to win the tournament, or get to the final.

It's nerve wracking when Andy is serving this badly.

Another woefully slow start from Andy today

Why does Murray lose ranking points later this month?

No. Points just drop off all the time in a season when you can't defend them.

Yeah, serve really letting him down. Kei I hasn't been clinical enough when he has had his chances to break. I guess that's where the mind of a champion makes a difference.

Big set point chance missed there.

I'm convinced Andy just likes to give me a cardiovascular workout every match

Yeah - amazing. You got to hand it to Andy - he never gives a point up and then can conjure up magic.

He's so frustrating to watch. Plays some sublime shots and then misses an easy forehand or return down the line.

Poor. He seems to be mis-hitting the backhand a lot.

Great set of tennis especially towards the end. Epic tiebreak - I thought A dynamic had in after the 6-6 point.

Andy is nowhere near his best at the moment, yet was still very close to winning that 1st set. What a great fighter he is.
