Oh yes, me too. In this situation though: First ever Olympics, the aggressive Kuzzy closing in, she could've easily choked. She did really well to stay in that. All the momenum had gone.

Well done Jo. At the exact same time though, disappointment for the GB women synchro diving 10m, only came 5th. So I was half happy, half sad. Didn't even get to hear GBs last dive, as 5Live lost communication just as they were about to take it.

I'm pretty sure that 98% of them are joking, and mocking the one or two who said it at the start of London. That turned out to be one of the highlights of the online London experience. Unfortunately, some people have mistaken the mocking of the last thread as serious criticism, but to be fair, it's hard to tell sometimes. There are people crazy enough to complain that we've not won any medals by the time the Flame has been lit.

I just realised...if Djoko isn't playing Cincy but Andy is, that makes Andy the no.1 seed! Can't be many times that Andy has been seeded no.1 at a Masters 1000, if at all?

Hi no i'm not talking about the spoof thread (i've been posting in their pointing out to the whiners it's a spoof) i'm talking about the RIo daily chat thread where some posters are definitely not joking, i had an exchange with one earlier, making claims that simply weren't true, even when people post actual facts they still moan on and on. Saying things like people who have dedicated their whole lives to their moment in the olympics are "not even trying" after they've invested a whole 2 minutes to watch it on telly.
Yesterday someone was posting they were "entitled" to better performances.

There are some trolls in there and there are also some professional moaners.

Some beautiful play from Sam now. Where has this backhand come from. No more slice all the time. She should have been using this throughout her career.

Meanwhile, Benny Paire has been banished from the French team. Due to lack of team spirit and bad behaviour...

Just me, or does the word banish(ed) conjure up images of witches and spells?
