I don't feel a bit sorry for him but he's' been for there for years so TS obviously consider that he's fit for some purpose or other. Personally I cannot get past how he spoke to Sandy Warr live on the air and his take (again live on the air) when it comes to the subjects of suicide and depression. I don't care how many gutters he ends up lying in, his choice, it's the lack of humanity that does it for me, and it seems like he is proud about being like this.

They really hate rojo on talkSPORT don't they. And also hate arsenal f*uk off with the biased presenters. Time this station had a major clear out of old has been presenters.
To all arsenal fans out there, just don't phone in - at all - no matter what they say. It's just to get you calling in so they can earn money off your calls. Simply ignore them and they will change the subject. |

Durham and Goughie were discussing Something today. During the ad break, Goughie completely changed his view so they disagreed, thus hopefully more people would phone in. It's all contrived.

Pav has to be the best caller to tS.
He's been calling up Drive since the Ian Wright days and he's great value and knows his cricket and is very eloquent. TBF to Gough ie, I like to listen to him on cricket as apart from KP he doesn't suck up to his mates. Used to love watching him bowl, can't remember him never trying 100% |

.........yet still one of the main posters in this thread - what's going on Bill ?!?!?!?!
![]() PS Festive greetings to you and yours xx In my view the station has been pants ever since changing to 24 hour football, what's spoiling it is the fact that they only cover the Premier League, what's wrong with the Football League and Scotland?. It could be a fantastic station covering all the clubs in the country and it is such a waste. ![]() Then we come to the presenters, what can be said further about them?, I wouldn't pay any of them in used washers they are a joke end of. Thank you for your kind Christmas wishes RightHand and I wish you back a wonderful Christmas to you and all your family and of course everyone else reading. |

Admittedly he knows about cricket but the rest of it I think he googles it as he goes along. He thinks he's funny because Durham gives that false laugh every time he speaks & he is so big headed he makes Quinn seem modest. |

I am not sure Goldstien should be crowing too much about Arsenal losing a couple of games - Man U have only just hit form and relying on a couple of players on their mid 30s for goals and midfield control.
As somebody said before the Arsenal fans ring in and bite - you hardly hear a Chelsea or Man City fan.. |

In fact DON'T LISTEN. The general consensus seems to be that pretty much everyone on the station is disliked, and all fall under a certain questionable criteria that you have mentioned on many an occasion. I used to listen to the station daily, a lot - but now I only listen to a couple of podcasts from shows that I actually still enjoy. Still got my morning alarm set to talkSPORT out of habit so I do listen for a few mins each morning until I eventually switch off in despair at the comments of Brazil/Quinn/Parlour/The Moose or whoever it might be. Used to listen to the Sportsbar nightly, but I give that a miss now. Does the guy who does the voices/impressions on that programme still feature on there by the way? That guy is a legend. I forget what his name is. |

The Dazzler was brilliant at getting 9-10-jack out when playing for England but RARELY threatened the good teams top order.
This was really brought home to me when I watched a short documentary about his England career on Sky. You would see him performing really well, and then the narrator would say "then Gough was injured and missed the last two tests". He barely played a whole test series without getting injured. He was by far the best English seamer of his generation, yet he didn't even play 60 tests. And by the last two, against South Africa when only 32, he was already completely shot and took 1-215. Didn't look after his body, whereas Jimmy Anderson does. |

It's his A game, and looking more and more like he has no Plan B. It is SO tedious and crap broadcasting. Ram said the other day they should take the sheet of fixtures away from him, good idea but would we then be hearing more and more about Brazil's days wine and roses around the wine bars of the City of London? That said he'll soon be at the stage that he doesn't remember them!

Looking forward to a tS and lbc free week
