The Sports Bar is just exploding with pompousness at every opportunity. Jason and Andy competing with callers and each other to see who can be the most arrogant and unlikeable. Jason currently winning- a vile snide of a man.

This is a bit of a non-story, to be honest. Redknapp wasn't involved in the betting, and I don't think you can realistically expect a manager to report several of his players to the FA for betting on the outcome of a match. And the Telegraph states that he advised them against third-party ownership, although he did say a couple of things about it at the meal. Also, he's not currently managing and I very much doubt he'll manage in the Premier League again. Not that surprising to see him involved, though! |

"Cas" seems to be on a totally different level to the other pundits (ex footballer wise) to the rest of the TS crew.
His partnership with Bingham ensure she actually sounds like a grown up professional presenter rather than a giggling school girl.. |

Why am I not surprised by this news story.
What an absolute ####. >>>http://dailym.ai/2dyHT4J<<< Hope she takes him to the cleaners Mrs Phil Taylor style. [Just under £1,000,000, five of his homes and all his pensions] |

Sorry to disagree but this story is going somewhere and has already gone quite some way...
1. England manager sacked after one game. 2. Barnsley assistant manager Tommy Wright sacked. 3. QPR have an internal investigation into the conduct of manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink on hold while they await all of the Daily Telegraph's evidence. 4. A further eight premier league managers possibly to be named in the near future in connection with taking bungs. I'd call that somewhere. I'd ban Alladyce for life from football management and the same for all the rest if found guilty of the allegations. But Alladyce wasn't sacked was he? It was more a fact he would have lost the confidence of the FA. The 8 Premier League managers. I just don't believe it, now this Italian agent has admitted he was spouting crap this story is going no where. I suspect most of us would get fired from our jobs if we were caught on hidden camera admitting what we thought of our employer or boss. |

For what it's worth Rod I believe the telegraph has these 8 names and I believe they will release them public just as soon as their lawyers tell them they have the evidence to prove it all in a court of law. |

Mike_Parry <---[my fav picture of him] some listeners love him and some listeners can't stand him but I think we should give him some credit whichever side you are on for this guy just never stops trying to entertain. After he left the station over a bust-up over his contract it looked like his days on the radio were over, he was left putting up YouTube selfies lighting up 20 cigarettes in his mouth and attempting to swallow bottles of cinnamon and nearly choking to death, yep things looked bad and he had hit a big big low.
But he came back and has now re-invented himself back into the limelight with his new partnership with Mike Graham. Now, let's get it right they are certainly not the new Mayall and Edmonson [my favs after Cook & Moore] I know that believe me but they are funny to listen to in sensible doses and I for one am glad he's back now alongside Graham. Then again I am half pi$$ed so I could be talking b0__0ck$. I'm sure someone will tell me if I am.

Just not sure how any of ut appeals to anyone, but hey they're marmite characters I guess. |

What a scumbag Keys is, always hated the way he conducted his business and now this. I hope Mrs Keys instructs the same lawyer who acted for the first Mrs Ray Parlour and made legal history by procuring one-third of Parlour's future earnings in the settlement.

Two Mikes are the best thing ever. Honestly. I like a lot of radio but wouldn't go out my way to sit down and listen or download anything (bar clips of the week). Two Mikes I have to download and listen to almost every minute, every week - just so good.

On Durham s show he is saying how it was wrong for Allardyce to make fun of Roy. What about Goldstein and Jacobs who have both been ridiculing Roy about his speech impediment?
Talksport continually guilty of hypocrisy. I await the day when Hadrian says he always thought Arsene was a great manager.🤔 'Andy Jacobs is an entertainer and does impressions.' He went on to say that there is a difference between doing an impression of a person and, someone ridiculing another person purely for having a speech impediment. Durham pointed out that we have lots of impressionists and you can't compare what they do with what Allardyce did. I think he has a fair point. |

Enjoyed the first Two Mikes Warm-Up today. Seemed to talk about more football than any line-up of the Warm-Up has for a long time. Bobby Gould came on also, which was great. Good stuff.

It's like spitting in church; you may do it once but when someone admonishes you for it, you should realise your error, feel utterly guilty and never do it again! The man is either very stupid or performs his act of buffoonery as he fears intelligent discussion and thinks this is the only way of being able to communicate with his audience. he is probably a very clever switched on man who is in no way stupid. Therefore I find his buffoonery act condescending to his listeners and I in no way want to encourage him. |

It is all rather unpleasant, in the end bloke shagging younger woman (my god what was she thinking, being a solicitor this is not a good look for her personally or her career) isn't that notable, slightly scummy, but you throw in the thyroid cancer and it just shows the type of bloke he is. Still plenty of shilling for the UAE to carry on with, keep him in dodgy money enough to keep him going on his amoral way.

I kind of agree. I think there is a difference between what Jacobs and Goldstein were doing. Andy Jacobs seemed more good natured than Goldstein's, who has the same ****ing speech impediment anyway!
I don't think we can equate what impressionists do with someone mocking someone else because they have a speech impediment. Whatever anyone thinks of Durham he made a valid point in this respect. |
