5. None of the above and wait while he snuffs it and then have his body stuffed and mounted in a glass case adjacent to the main doors of TalkSport Towers.

I didn't listen this morning, but your description made me laugh Seriously though, how is Alan still presenting the breakfast show and getting paid so much after all these years? I don't know anyone who thinks he's any good as a presenter, he's unprofessional, rings in quite often as he too pissed to present in the morning, and yet he's still presenting. I'll listen if Danny Kelly, or even if Max Rushden is presenting, but Alan is just terrible.

It's actually his awfulness that attracts people, listeners tune in regularly just to laugh at his unprofessionalism and marvel at a dinosaur.

Think it's one of the best things ever on tv but the film was garbage.

Watched it a few times since on You Tube and still cannot believe England didn't win by 4/5. One thing I had forgotten though was late on Mcfarland switched sports late on and used his best wrestling moves to stop a 1 on 1 which would probably have meant England going 2/1 down.

I thought the first series of I'm Alan Partridge was the besr comedy series EVER. Sadly since those amazing heights ever Partridge vehicle has been slightly worse than the last and yes the film was poor

I've lost interest in England. After the world cup in South Africa I vowed to look away but somehow I decided to invest more time and we've stuck out every tournament since then.

Give it to Southgate. He's a decent bloke but he will not make a blind bit off difference. I don't think our players are even capable of caring enough to deliver and I don't see that changing in the near future.

Did you see that immediately after the tournament finished Barcelona bought Gomes and Bayern Munich bought Sanches? Which England players are they going to be interested in?

I agree, he is being massively overhyped having done next to nothing, it is completely ridiculous. He obviously has some talent, but we never learn.

Yes I'm a BIG Partridge fan Bangy I have a tonnes of his stuff on DVD and on my PC I just love the guy. I agree about the film it didn't reach the highs of the TV stuff, it was okay but was a bit of a let down I don't know why he just doesn't make another TV series I know he's now a very busy actor but his millions of fans worldwide [Partridge fans] would love another series.

Straight after that game I made a promise to myself to never get as disappointed again over an England result and I haven't and it's a good job init. To be honest I can't remember much about the game now I remember their goal and the ball slipping under Shilton who probably 9 times out of 10 would have normally saved it and I remember our penalty.
I remember one last thing and it's by far the biggest memory I have and that's the massive disappointment throughout the whole country that we couldn't beat a country like Poland in a one-off game at home to qualify for a world cup finals.
This would not happen today and that's sure sign of just how far we've slipped in world football and that's something people like Ram will just never understand.

According to TS , Southgate is getting a four year contract. Why four years?? why not just until the WC in Russia?? If we have some crap results early doors then we'll be stuck with him until 2020 or else another pay off by the sweet FA.

I don't listen often but it sickens me to the guts when I keep hearing AB scoffing himself on air, what is up with him he's only there for 4 hours and then he's got all day to eat. It sounds awful, I know we've moved on in radio broadcasting but it still sounds awful when someone is broadcasting live on air with their mouth full of bacon sandwich and biscuits, ... Brazil would eat his desk rather than wait four hours.
