It was funny, but its Hughie so he has to be attacked for it. The poster teresagreen has already had a post removed from this thread which I won't repeat but suffice to say it referred to Hughie's background in a very bigoted way.

There's only one (remaining) post that could be described as an 'attack' on Hughie, and it's a fairly mild one.

What Hughie said was quick and quite funny, but what he did would not have been accepted if anyone else had done it.

Hughie isn't the only one to receive criticism. A positive thread can be started about any HM and it will attract the odd negative comment. It's the norm. "But it's Hughie..." sounds so precious. It's not exclusive to Hughie.

He's extraordinarily popular for precious little so he's hardly a persecuted little bunny.

He's not a persecuted little bunny but there's more than one poster here who has made off comments about him that have nothing to do with his personality or normal criticism of a BB hm. Its only a small number of people so maybe I am getting too paranoid and precious about it.

I still think its fair to point out that its there though, albeit not widespread.

I found that episode really refreshing. Hughie has a very sharp wit at times!

Why would Evelyn not want the money? She doesn't strike me as stupid. I honestly don't understand why it's a criticism to want to win the prize money? Good luck to them, I would say Jayne would give a lot to the Dementia charity, she did so before with tabloid earnings, but I'd say fair play spend it on what you like...Cartier watch for Georgina ...how much is a Cartier watch? I agree, Jason, Laura, Jackson and Hughie pressed the button and Jayne said she was only seconds away from doing so, not sure why the others didn't either plus they would not have been voted out. Plus not sure why Evelyn was so adamant she wouldn't have done it for the money when she obviously won't win it!
