Hope you get your connection sorted Richie. Chase up the details for the CEO of who you have your internet with. I usually find it's better and quicker going straight to the higher ups that can authorise things the drones in customer services can't or won't if it goes off their script. Also saves having to repeat the same conversations 20 times which is usually what happens when passed from pillar to post around customer services!
