Her and the Carter stuff was just padding out the episode, it became frustrating with Belinda going round asking questions to random people that weren't interested. I just wanted to see an actual storyline.
Belinda could essentially be a modern day EE legend if handled correctly. She's a Slater, arguably one of the most successful families in soap. But unlike the others is more or less a clean slate. The character that was shown in the aftermath of Charlie's death was incredibly promising, but since then she's sort of wandered around aimlessly. I'm sure tonight was the first time we've seen her in about a month. I just hope they don't do what they did with Kim, and have her serve solely for comedy for the best part of five years, because although some disagree, Tameka Empson, like Carli Norris can do serious, as we've seen with Kim after Pearl's birth and dealing with Libby's pregnancy. Belinda has lots of potential, and I'm sure SOC, who is widely expected due to his past work on the show to be a Slater fan, can do her justice. LONG LIVE CLASSY BELINDA.

I like her but i feel that tptb have seen how popular she is and are now trying too hard with her to be liked

It was EE's attempt at doing comedy. I wish they would stick to drama! The forced "comedy" is just embarrasing

The survey stuff just made her look like a loser joke character that billy has often been!
I really hope they dont go down this route with her else she'll be stuck as a padding character and not as Kat Slater ll which i thought she was going to be.

I know! They have at times done comedy quite well but that may have simply either just lucky or purely accidental!
Last night was so lame and theyll ruin her character before she gets her first decent storyline....
