What concerns me is - who is looking after all the children ie Jack, Hope, Roobeh, Jake etc etc while she is away?

Did Eileen Derbyshire request a break, does anyone know?

She officially announced a six-month break but word has it that's just Derbyshire's way of making a low-key exit given how fiercely guarded she is. She won't be back if we don't see her by the end of this month.

She's missing for months at a time anyway and it's never been announced so the fact that they've fine to all the trouble of making a big deal of it and giving her a definite exit of some sort speaks for itself.

I forgot all about her to be honest. Wasn't she only supposed to have been gone for six months?

It's not about the actress only the character, who in all fairness should have been killed off years ago, she adds nothing to the show, Rita&Co add more than she does.
