Just as he was accepting it, Ben's boyfriend goes & dies! I can see Ben in one of his rages saying to Phil 'I bet you're glad he's dead now ain't ya!' And Phil will say of course he's not & I think he'll genuinely mean it. I think he was finally accepting it & was glad to see Ben happy
