Which character has the record for longest time to debut on the opening titles of their specific soap and the reason why (if there was a reason)

Also I read somewhere that martin dibble and lance smart didn't appear on the titles for home and away until episode 94 but yet when they did start to appear the shot used for them was one that was used in the pilot episode so why did they not appear in the titles from episode 1 like bobby simpson did?

Did they not get shown again until a few episodes before they featured on the titles or have I missed something here?

Jack Osborne?

Jack Osborne only started to appear in the titles for hollyoaks when the producer at the time decided that all the older cast members deserved to feature in the credits as some of them including jack had been in it for years previously!

Phillip Mattheson (Steven's Uncle), Stacey Macklin (Martha's Aunt) and Narelle Smart (Lance's Cousin) - never got in the opening credits despite all of them appearing as regularly as the others and being focus of major storylines

Morag Bellingham has only been in the opening credits of Home and Away for one season in 1989 and some of her stints since have lasted years.
H&A shot themselves in the foot by not putting Zoe McAllister in the opening credits as that made it blatantly obvious she was the Summer Bay Stalker.
Felix Dean's VJ was never in the credits either and he spent his whole childhood there.
In fact apart from Kate Ritchie and Ryan Clark I don't think they have ever put a child in the credits

Sam and Max used to be in the opening credits back in the day I'm sure.
