I thought it was interesting too. As, I was thinking 'Oh God, not sure I could lay in that coffin like that' - well after I'd finished sobbing my way through the episode

Yes. I think it's certainly a very different situation, in David's case. I wouldn't want that image of a loved one so I don't think I could ever go visit the body but David already has the horrific image of Kylie dying in his arms anyway
