CS: The "Psycho" meerkat ident...
Hi all
This one was on tonight's episode. Can anybody make out what Sergei says when he hands Aleksandr the big '80s phone? "It's for you..." and then something else I still can't make out!

Been listening to it over and over on:
https://abancommercials.com/uk/vid/7...-psycho-advert and can't make it out either. All I get is "It's ......" Thought it might be Alfred Hitchcock, but don't think so. |

![]() It's just that the last syllable of "shouting" is slightly indistinct.

Now you've worked it out, yes - it's obvious.
I was assuming he was saying who could be phoning and I knew Norman Bates didn't fit. |

What are the segments depicting Sergei stuffing his face at the table and later on writing on a giant blackboard a reference to?

Stuffing his face at the table is reference to the restaurant scene in 'Harry met Sally'.
Not sure about the blackboard one. The current ones are all to do with scenes from films because they're giving cinema tickets instead of stuffed toys as the incentive to buy through Compare the Market. Apart from the very new ones, the clips are archived on: https://www.comparethemarket.com/mee...video-archive/ They are protected. You might have to try running one, the clicking on a yellow triangle to the left of the address box at the top of the window and then removing the protection temporarily to run the clip. |
