I'm loving it right now.... but dreading the moment he shows up again. I wish they would get rid of this annoying twonk.

Doesn't really matter to me, I forget about him when he's not there and tolerate him when he is even if he's annoying.

I normally can't stand him, but I must admit I'll be happy to see his sadness when he discovers Billy and Todd are together!

I so much preferred Marcus. I wish they'd bring him back and ditch Sean. I don't know any gay man who is remotely like him.

Me too

She is becoming just as much of a 'stereotype' as he supposedly is. A stupid, vain, deluded woman.

Isn't it great watching an episode knowing that he isn't going to pop up and ruin it .

He's not a character that makes me want to throw something at my tv set put it that way. And there have been a few of those, just on Corrie alone even besides the other soaps. But he can be very annoying indeed I agree.

Meh, I know how this place feels about him but he's never bothered me. I don't notice his absence when he's away but Im not irritated when hes on screen either.

I do miss him if hasn't been on for a while I love Sean. He's light relief.

You've never met me (or many others who don't post here). He's a well established character, a mainstay, like Ken or Rita.

OH YES!!! I've never liked her but she was truly awful tonight.

Why?

Have to say I neither love nor hate Sean.

But I did hate that putrid suit SALLEH had on this evening. GROSS!

Yep...it's also great not to have a finger hovering over the mute button for once.

That is not an authentic gay character, it is a grotesque caricature, and extremely offensive to most gays .

I think Corrie has had a better quality of writing and storylines this past week.

I must admit not having Sean as a background irritation is an added bonus though.

Totally agree and everyone's like "I don't know any gays like him"

Because all gays are butch and act straight now? Not the case!

It's representing real life and there is far more gayer people out there, it's far from offensive, if you think this you clearly don't go out much!

No, not all gays are butch and straight acting, but thankfully, neither can I recall coming across a simpering, swishy sterotype, as caricatured so offensively by the Cotton creature.

No Sean, Izzy or Fizz for a while. What a treat!
And we are getting storylines with some of the best actors in the soap, Tim, Sally, Leanne, David, Sarah, Jenny.
