Corrie. I think it's been great this week, massive step up from the usual stuff.

Corrie has been really good this week and gets my vote. ED is all over the place and seems to go from really great episodes to awful ones within the same week.

Emmerdale for me - I'm really enjoying 3 big story lines in it at the moment: Belle's mental health; the Whites; Holly's drug addiction. Actually enjoying is the wrong word as none of them are happy story lines. I just think the acting is brilliant and the story lines are great. I'm particularly looking forward to seeing how Belle's story line pans out.

I voted for Coronation Street. Jack Shepard has been amazing all week, the Sally/Grandma Nazir stuff was cute, loved the reveal of Leanne's baby daddy even though we all knew who it was.

I voted for Emmerdale - I've enjoyed the four main stories of the week with Rakesh's money problems, Lawrence's sexuality issue, Belle's mental health issues returning and Holly's drug addiction having an effect on Moira. I have watched every episode. Tuesday's episode didn't make sense at first because I didn't know who Ellie is, but what a great twist with her being part of Belles' imagination.
Corrie, the only other soap there I watch has been very up and down. As well as the expected reveal of Steve to be the father of Leanne's baby, his personality changed with Steve expecting an abortion. Not the Steve I know. David/Kylie death story has been the best of the week in Corrie but the less said about Sally and Yasmeen's silly feud the better. I knew the Nazirs were having a conservatory (or orangery as Yasmeen called it), but when did they decorate the whole house? |
