I think Jason is quite the gentleman

Should I ever find myself in any bother, I'd be relieved to find the likes of Jason at hand. The way he attempted to soothe and comfort Jayne during the fake melt-down says a lot about his character.

Also how he seems to be trying to build bridges with Hughie the jerk, I feel, says a lot about him. Yes he may be moody and quiet, but he's in a house full of wannabe idiots and is much too sensible and mature for their nonsense.

If I had one criticism to make, it's that he ever applied in the first place. He's too good, too nice, too gentlemanly, too normal. He takes no shit and I respect that.

I do hope he finds happiness after he leaves and I sincerely hope Charley leaves him alone to find true happiness elsewhere with someone more deserved of his affections. Also, he's not ashamed to admit he loves his little dog, the way he spoke (almost shyly) in the DR about how much the dog means to him almost made me well-up - that also spoke volumes about his character I thought. He seems like a genuinely nice guy.

I want him to win, but I do hope he's at least in the final 3.

I was too scared to post my thoughts on Jason for fear of being flamed (I'm a sensitive soul!!!)

Couldn't agree more, I think he's got a heart of gold but hasn't really allowed himself to show this side

Love him

Pitman, I have just laughed out loud at a post of yours on the end of the Hughie thread (the kn*b one) I knew it was you before I even looked at the name. You don't seem like a bad fella yourself btw! Loving your posts - DS should be paying you for entertainment value!

Jason is a really nice guy.

No doubt one of the anti Jason gang will be along soon to say he is fake and puts it all on.

Great thread and post, OP.

I totally agree with you. I feel a lot of warmth from Jason, he's also respectful and kind. I really like him and, you're right, he's too good to be in a show like this. I just wish he had a little more confidence and didn't worry so much but, ultimately, I don't blame him for being miserable in that house. I'd love him to win but I doubt he will, at least he's got his 20K though and, if he makes it to the final, he'll have achieved what he set out to do.

A 'proper' man a proper gent. Laid back unless something needs to be sorted out. Stands up to be counted when it really counts!

I'd definitely go for a drink with him.

I wouldn't say he's fake and puts it all on. Just something that doesn't quite sit right with me and the strong sense he has been holding back and hiding behind a smokescreen.

Having said that, he has been the perfect gent in the house and is still in my top 3 to win

Being serious for a minute though, your every contribution I've read has been humorous and good-natured, and most entertaining to read. Never once have I read anything you've posted I thought was nasty, or even verging on bad form - take a bow Mr Pitman, it's people like yourself which make forums such as this great fun to be a part of.
