Should I ever find myself in any bother, I'd be relieved to find the likes of Jason at hand. The way he attempted to soothe and comfort Jayne during the fake melt-down says a lot about his character.
Also how he seems to be trying to build bridges with Hughie the jerk, I feel, says a lot about him. Yes he may be moody and quiet, but he's in a house full of wannabe idiots and is much too sensible and mature for their nonsense.
If I had one criticism to make, it's that he ever applied in the first place. He's too good, too nice, too gentlemanly, too normal. He takes no shit and I respect that.
I do hope he finds happiness after he leaves and I sincerely hope Charley leaves him alone to find true happiness elsewhere with someone more deserved of his affections. Also, he's not ashamed to admit he loves his little dog, the way he spoke (almost shyly) in the DR about how much the dog means to him almost made me well-up - that also spoke volumes about his character I thought. He seems like a genuinely nice guy.
I want him to win, but I do hope he's at least in the final 3.
