Ios10 beta 2 problem

Just updated my phone to ios10 beta 2 and now I cannot send text messages or iMessages, when I click on the green message tab it just comes out of the message page and straight back into the main desktop

If a reset don't fix it then you may just have to wait until a further update is pushed out.
That's the risk with a beta and why they advise not to use your main device.

While it is still a bit buggy I haven't had any problems with texts or iMessage sending.

i assume you're using the public beta ?

i haven't had any problems with messaging either, but i'm on developer beta 3 at the moment.

I have a problem after downgrading to IOS9 as i lost my messages and if i want them back i have to upgrade again to IOS10 and then restore the back up. Can someone help me. How can i get my messagesrestoring back up but without upgrading to ios10

You cant unless you're on iOS 10.
