S6 and mac - android file transfer won't work
No probs transferring photos from my S5 to my mac using android file transfer.
However OH's S6 is a nightmare. Had to abandon any attempt by AFT or bluetooth as neither worked (device not recognised; AFT says screen locked when it isn't etc). Is there some particular issue with the S6 and macs or am I unlucky? (OH has had to use google photos) Does this problem persist in the S7 as I like samsung phones and my S5 has started lagging, going black screen and being unresponsive so I think its days are numbered. I can't afford an iPhone and due to disability, need swipe typing so Apple rules that out. So am thinking S7 when my S5 gives up the ghost as the S7 price is already dropping. |

I have to remove AFT from my mac? It works nicely with my S5.
I can try Smart Switch with the S6. I'm confused though as to why even bluetooth doesn't work. Is there any issue using AFT to transfer photo files from the S7? It's what I'm looking at next. |
