The decision to make the death of a major character into a game show elimination event over the break between seasons was unforgivable.
I suppose that the fans of the X Factor, Big Brother or the Apprentice style elimination shows will get a kick from being teased by the producers about which cast member is going to be eliminated by a blow to the head. Good for them, but as far as I am concerned the show has crossed the line from drama into reality show and it would be hard to believe that the characters are making the decisions about what happens next, rather than the producers looking for ratings. Once you lose belief in the characters then you might as well watch TOWIE.”

Have you ever watched reality TV? By definition it is "real people" NOT zombies or Negan or characters in a TV show.
I'm not sure I'd be happy if my reality had zombies roaming around my front lawn or Negan wielding Lucille around as a scare tactic in front of the school gates.
