Kind of, I'd say. Yes, his hand (not his arm) did have a greyish tint, but bear in mind he had just punched a guy twice in the face, and the grey skin we saw was around the areas of the hand that would make contact if you were to punch something. The grey skin was visible because he had his hand clenched, ready to punch again. It
might become relevant, but then again, it might just be a side-effect of the 'punching'.
The meeting was an interesting scene. It implied that Ezekiel has no inclination to attack the Saviours, with his admonishment of his guy for picking a fight and ordering him to stop; 'This is not what we do'. No doubt self-preservation comes into it, but it felt like there was more to it than that. Ezekiel also felt bold enough to tell the head Saviour to stop his own guy, and he did, telling his men 'They've been good to us. We've taken up more than enough of his time'. To me, this suggests a certain amount of mutual 'respect'. Obviously Eze is doing it under extreme duress, but it seems as long as he sticks to the arrangement, the Saviours largely leave them alone. I wonder if it's that's to lull the Saviours into a false sense of security (as well as avoiding bloodshed) and whether that will provide an opportunity for them to finally fight back (which surely has to happen at some point)?
