I am really looking forward to it on the hand but on the other hand I am dreading it.

PLEASE DON'T LET IT BE ABRAHAM, PLEASE DON'T LET IT BE ABRAHAM, PLEASE DON'T LET IT BE ABRAHAM.

Apart from Rick and Carol, he's the only one I would feel safe with.

I'm not holding my breath though

BIB: You'd only be "safe" with Rick or Carol as long as they didn't think you were a risk to the group.

02.30 Is normal Family Guy but Monday is NCIS?
Keep an eye on your planner.

I asked Geek Town why Fox hadn't advertised it or put it on the planner, this is what they said:

Basically, Fox are only simulcasting the premiere, not the entire season, so they are promoting the 9pm air time, as that will be the regular slot. They also didn’t want to add it to the Sky Planner and have people try and series link it, then get all confused when it’s not there next week.

So, if you look at the planner at the moment, there is a suspicious looking random episode of NCIS shoved in at 2.30am on the morning of the 24th, amidst a bunch of Family Guy re-runs. That’s because they were told they had to put something in there, and couldn’t leave it as ‘to be confirmed’. However, before Monday, that’s going to be switched out for The Walking Dead.

Cheers
Dave

^Took ages to post this so didn't see that post before I hit send on this...

Interesting, as most other sources state that the show returns to the USA on Sunday 23rd, with the UK airing less than 24 hours later (Monday at 9pm), even the Fox UK site says the same, so hopefully that'll update soon (assuming Geek Town is correct).

What's also interesting is that according to that first link, the episode of Family Guy on at 2am runs till 3.30am? No episode of Family Guy is that long, and all the other ones scheduled for that night only have 30 minutes slots. It seems FOX are waiting to announce the simulcast for some reason, and have just put a random show in the time slot on the schedule to fill the gap for now?

I was wondering if the US had an exclusivity deal on the season premier (the most important episode) and perhaps the others will be simulcast.

But I couldn't really see any motivation for that type of deal, so, et, yeah. Either not happening or still negotiating is my guess.

See post 103 above

The season premier is being simulcast (or close to anyway, I think we start half our later at 2.30am?), but for various reasons, Fox are not yet advertising it, or putting it on the planner yet.

Don't forget, if you set your Sky box up to record the currently listed NCIS on MOnday at 2.30am, that recording will probably delete when Fox change the program information to Walking Dead.

So you either need to set up a manual recording for that channel, or wait until the box updates the EPG to say Walking Dead.

My planner has changed! Oddly, it's giving me the option to series link, so if they're only showing the first episode at 2.30 and not every episode thereafter, I assume it will series link to the 9pm showing?

AMC said if the site made predictions then AMC would sue them for copyright infringement because they have been accurate in the past. It seems to me all they do is good detective work rather than be told by some insider. The problem comes when other websites steal their info and spoil it for others. I like other people who have looked at the site would rather know what happens because of the anxiety involved. It is just human curiosity and if you don't want to know then stay off social media etc till the show has been screened.

From what I have been told, those spoilers are a mixture of predictions, what we know and someone having a copy of the first episode script. There are various adverts out in the world promoting the episode this Sunday and some do have clips not seen elsewhere, there's also a few pictures promoting the season and what they've basically done is given a "prediction" on what they think will happen. Someone also claims to have a copy of the first episode script and that's where all the scene by scene spoilers come from.

Now baring in mind, I have read the spoilers for tomorrow night, a lot of is stuff we already know. Now whether they have a copy of the script or not is another matter altogether but at no point do they say official. If they really knew what was going on they would say 100% this is what happens, they deny that and just call it a "prediction". What that tells me is they have no idea and neither does anyone else know what is gonna happen. It really is just lucky guess work and putting various things together aswell as things talked about by the makers of the show, they've given away a few things that happen too.
