I'm still catching up with last night but imho the warnings are NOT to cover themselves, they're to hook viewers in thinking 'ooh it's going to kick off' just the same as the deceitful 'preview' bit at the beginning that always looks like WW3...then later on we find out it was a very slight disagreement about the perfect size for a tomato or whatnot

Exactly. This show is made by a bunch of scheming bi**hes. We tune in just to see who these bi**hes don't like. What's the point?

Encouraging and facilitating the worst kind of emotional and verbal abuse by former contestants who have been voted out by the viewing public. Evelyn and Jason were both pushed beyond any reasonable limits. If I were either of them I would be filing suit for emotional damage. Beyond disgusting and in the name of entertainment? Unbelievable.

Possibly, but I don't see why they'd bother doing that every 15 minutes. People are already watching.

No warning validates the out and out goading of HM's.

It's the same sensationalist warnings all the time, even when little happens

It's certainly not BB of old, gone are the days or proper tasks, gone are the shopping list squabbles, gone are the days when if you broke out you was evicted and not allowed highlight show interviews, gone are the days of actual real normal people and not these media savvy Wannbe Z-listers. Show should be scrapped now tbh.

Calm down people. It's a game show and the producers have cranked up the tension in time for the final. The housemates have overreacted and so have many of you.

No warnings would cover this behaviour. I can deal with all natural behaviour, it is supposed to be reality TV. I want to see the housemates warts and all, a true picture of them. What I don't like is the forced problems from BB. All the diary room footage being shown, outside opinions of the housemates being thrown at them and worst of all tonight, ex housemates coming in to totally upset a few.

I found the arguments and relationships far more interesting in the early BBs, natural is so much more interesting seeing them fall out, try and suss each other out and have no idea who is nominating who. They can't even really be totally honest with their nominations these days knowing jolly well all will be shown or in front of each other. I can't help feeling people may nominate different if knew it was private while I'm there.

I find it a bit sad that people condone behaviour like this tbh.
Okay, they may not be your favourite but NO-ONE deserves shit like that on a gameshow.

It will validate the vile behaviour to children who already bully kids.

LOL when has that ever mattered ?
Kids watch Big Brother especially teens. they have phones, tv and computers to watch it on, also catchup.

Come on you'll have to do a better job than that of pretending to care.

I certainly don't condone bad parenting, no. What am I pretending to care about

So why the sudden change in the last few years (coinciding with all the casting, extra manipulation etc) to warnings after every single ad break? It's so ridiculously false! It's like watching Dickinson's Real Deal and they have warnings every time like 'WARNING! This segment contains an offer from a dealer that some viewers may find distressingly ten pounds lower than they expected'. My goodness, no wonder children aren't allowed to play outside anymore, let alone climb trees, what on earth has this country come to?

Warning! That post may contain allusions to tomatoes that some salad ingredients might find slightly off the mark

They must be planning this to be the last channel 5 BB, surely?

It would be a joke if Emma or Rylan said next week the applications to take part in next years BB will soon be available.
Who in their right mind would want to have anything to do with this awful programme, it could be used as an exemplar of how NOT to produce a TV show in media studies "Uni" courses?
I can not think of a single thing that I found enjoyable, not contrived, not possibly scripted, or conversations not preset-up.
And as for the unnecessary character assassinations of perfectly decent people, and the deification of quite woeful people, words fail me.
Awful rubbish, but I kept watching hoping for better, but no it got worse, much worse.

you were the one who brought up about kids being influenced by BB. I merely thought that any responsible parent would ensure their children would not be able to view. Come on, you'll have to do a better job than that of pulling me up about some made up nonsense I didn't spout

Have you ever seen the contract they sign before agreeing to be on BB? They have signed away all image rights. C5 could edit the footage to make them seem like villains and they wouldn't be able to sue. This is mild compared with what they could get away with.

Jason over-reacted yet again as he can only express emotion through anger and didn't want the viewers to witness that. He must know Charlie was lying because the public has kept him in. As for Evelyn, she says she'll leave Alex alone tonight, but tomorrow she'll be kissing and cuddling with him again.

This series is only different from previous ones because they brought in overnight guests. All the stuff you say is contrived and scripted would have seemed contrived and scripted last year and the year before that. You must have seen the way it was going in 2014 and 2015, yet still you watched 2016's BB.

Time to find another show.

Are we not reacting exactly the way BB wants us to react with all of this?
They are pushing the hm's to extremes in the hope it will get extreme reactions from people watching.
They got it when Jason evicted Leteysha and now this. I bet the producers are sitting back saying job done.
