Remember BB only seems to be interested in show arguments and confrontations the last couple of years. Nice quieter people dont get air time.

The same happened to Nancy de lollipop, she got next to no air time and EVERY hm that came out said she was lovely and hilarious in the house.

The only way to get seen on BB now is to throw a tantrum or scream and shout all the time

BIB -- I disagree. This year's finalists for the most part were not ones to "throw tantrums or scream and shout all the time."

It was probably a blessing for Big Brother that he was evicted the way he was.
His best bits would almost entirely be made up of tasks

I never saw him do any cooking/ cleaning / helping around the house but he seemed inoffensive to live with.

He sat and listened when other people were ranting and was mostly able to mumble something reasonably balanced when people were getting upset.

However, he offered little to nothing in terms of TV footage

Good luck to him doing PAs around the country at least in nightclubs standing there saying nothing will work fine.

How did Alex ever get hired as a co-presenter for Judge Geordie?

Can you imagine his audition?

Did BB show only the boring edits where he's mumbling inane crap? If there was another side to Alex, we never got to see it. I feel sorry for him now.”

I imagine there was probably a lot more generic banter like the bit with Hughie and him in the morning about bringing birds back.

The same could be said about all the hms. That is the reason why live feed helps to stop BB manipulating viewers. Look at the relationship between Jason and Alex where they continuously hugged and chatted before he left, who would have thought they had anything to do with each other based on what we are fed.
Sometimes it makes me wonder if watching it is a big waste of time.

Do you have live feed because you seem to have decided on what you have seen is his true personality?

That's because BB has gone down that road of it's not worth showing if it isn't negative. Look at all they have thrown at us the hms saying negative things about each other. What is the point of the DR if everything they say is aired to the hms? They might as well have the DR chair in the middle of the living room. BB has become another same old same old farce so remote from what it started out to be. It has become so disappointing that I don't even bother to watch it half the time.

The task are non existence and dull. We don't even know the hms anymore.

We are never going to be shown the whole lot in the BB House. However you have to ask that if Alex had said or done something BB would have shown this.

Alex by and large was pretty boring and very miserable, he perked up with Evelyn although he never really wanted her.

It was the right decision to axe him, although at the start i thought he would win.

That doesn't make sense in the slightest. So do we believe that Jason is mangy all the time in the 40 minute clips we see of him, that most or the other hms rarely do anything or are not doing enough to figure in the nightly forty minute programmes shown? i know you are being flippant but if the hms clearly like someone we are being lied to by BB.

I liked him and I wanted him to win, I just don't think BB showed enough of him for people to vote to save him

No! I would have felt robbed as a viewer if he had made the final. He didn't deserve to be there.

Don't know why he was on the programme to be honest, he's obviously a person who keeps himself private and controls his emotions, I have no doubt he was a good housemate to the others but that's not enough to win BB and looks don't win BB either

I don't think there was another side to him, we saw him being supportive anyhow.

I don't feel sorry for him at all, he is one of the most boring HM's I've ever seen and I don't like the way he treated Evelyn.

I was shocked he was evicted. I thought he'd be top three.

Not because he deserved it but there are a lot of shallow people about who'd vote for him to win the show, despite him being very boring.

he didn't deserve to be on the show. i feel badly for all those people who auditioned who actually had a personality, things to say, a story, a heart, some nerve, opinions, etc and were rejected because their place was taken by an ineffectual, cowardly, frequently insensitive dullard. (for the record, i do not even see the physical attractiveness people talk about. his smile betrays something unpleasant within)

His treatment of Evelyn got him the boot serves him right.
