If you put all the guys in the house this year on a scale, I would say Sam was furthest away from the good looking end.

The delusion of him is the ugliest thing.
That hair to cover his bald spot, the tramlines on his head.
His acne scars all over. His very average body shape. His beard to look masculine even though he's as camp as Ryan.
If he'd of just come in as 'Sam a normal guy' kind of like Andy did; then no judgements would ever have been made. I just see Andy. When I see Sam I sit there pulling his delusion apart in my mind with all the aforementioned things because he believes no one sees them.

Acne scars, they're all over his neck and back too
plus he has a slight underbite. That would be pronounced without the beard.
