I actually think that deep down he does still want her but knows that it can never work because of her insane jealousy.

When he went in the diary room after her visit he was almost crying. I don't believe that the rantings of Ryan would have reduced him to tears. He's heard all the "game player" stuff a few times already.

He actually said in the DR "that was painful". I genuinely think he does still have feelings for her and I think he is sad because he knows it will never work.

I really hope she stands by what she said and that she does leave him alone. He deserves better than her.
