In the house I would have found the time to talk about things, the problem is if it was all set up (as I keep hearing) then it might have been too hard for Jason to play along where as Charley was all about the TV show

I actually think that going down the legal route is the only way to deal with scum without stooping to their level. Sue for defamation of character (or something similar), injunction and get a panic button!
