Some might say it died when it left Channel 4. But not me..I continued to watch the sad demise of a once great reality show.
But enough is enough. This series I officially stopped watching after the first week or so. I hated all the housemates, the stupid 'twists' I had seen a million times before. I hated Emma 'queen' Willis...everything. This year was just awful and a complete BB fan like me found it a complete turn-off.
I am not watching the final as I write this. I couldn't care less who wins. How many are still watching this shite? And how many, like me, have FINALLY HAD ENOUGH?

Yeah CBB is more difficult to give up because of the possibility of 'names' going in and to be fair there have been some recent decent series.

BUT the 'civilian' BB is dead in the water now.....surely?

BB15 is when it died, they have just dug it deeper underground in the last few series.

Too much of a TOWIE clone now.

I definitely believe CBB is a lot better than the civilian series. Time to scrap regular BB, this year it has been quite dull, too many twist that weren't well executed and it has dragged on in the final week with the producers constant meddling.

What happened in BB15? You may have a point, I just don't remember much from recent series apart from a couple of 'anti heroes' or 'baddies' winning..... but this series has created less headlines and less interest than any other, surely. Did some nobody walk out early? The 'others' thing was a replicant of other replicants....I don't even know who the hell andy or jackson are, just seen the names on other threads. Forgotten by the end of the week!

I'm with you 100% on this!

Not even sure what day I quit .. the highlights episode prior to Georgina's eviction.

EVERYTHING about BB17 was painful, excruciatingly so.

Anyone who has sat through the entire measly 7 weeks they've given us deserves a medal.

CBB will die on it's ass along with it hopefully, and then they can finally put this now appalling programme, and us, out of our misery.

I have never missed a series of BB. I gave up on this series well over a week ago. Nothing like the BB of old.

Maybe Channel 4 knew when to finish it.

Just watched he end of the channel 4 run, and even on its final epsiode the atmosphere seemed fair more happy than it is now.

Can anybody remember the theme of the final channel 4 series, by the titles it seemed like a circus

...and judging by the comments on social media about Jason being the worst winner ever I wasn't far off the mark...Big Brother IS officially dead.
Can't wait for those towie and geordie shore bints to appear on CBB though

I enjoyed this year, apart form the contact form the outside thing - again, I thought it was much better. Couldn't be worse than last year, what an abortion that was.

Pretty much always saying that. Social media is not a good evaluation of how good a winner might be. Have you forgotten the months of whinging when Helen Wood won. Social media is frankly crap.

I completely agree with this Gibson. The only issue I had with it was the over saturation of outside contact and stirring stuff up unnecessarily, and the crap mind numbing tasks

It died with BB15. 14 showed it was on the cards, but at least it was entertaining enough in a way.

well CBB is great on C5 , yes really i find it better on C5 than it was on C4, however yes the 'civilian' version is all over the place, however it was shit on the later years of C4 aswell, BB11 whilst having some good characters was a complete shambles!
