I've had my Hub 5 for over a year now and have recently had an issue with it.
BT have sent me a brand new replacement and told me on chat that I could keep the faulty one.
However, in the box the leaflet says you may be charged if you don't return your old one back?
Has anyone ever been charged for not sending the old one back?
