I certainly think if it's going to be a late night soap there should be some raunch!

I would like it to be willing to explore social taboos and things which we know are semi commonplace or not rare in society but wouldn't fit into the family friendly or sometimes schmaltzy soap genre.

It would be nice to have a new soap, a smaller one, say like Doctors or Red Rock (if that's a soap). Personally I would love something like a later version of the main soaps, like Hollyoaks did with Hollyoaks Later.

Exploring complex sexual relationships could be interesting with a bit of light TV acceptable launch thrown in. The odd naked body or two.

We could look at people in consensual three person relationships, we could explore drugs much more freely, we could look at torture/sexual assault. It could be a very dark or very sexually charged show either way. I'd love to see one but can't see anywhere buying it.

I'd like it set somewhere were the underbelly of society would crop up? How about an area in a city centre where some wealthy people choose to live in apartment's or something?
Eg comparable to Liverpools Albert Dock, Edinburghs royal mile or some affluent "yuppie" waterfront complex?

Absolutely. Things like this would be good. It'd be nice to have a soap that was a bit less moralistic and right/wrong focused and more "this is who they are and they're happy with it" - there's still mileage for drama in it. Maybe a pornstar whose partner is aware and accepting of what they do for a living?
