I wonder when Kate Oates is going to start wielding the axe at Corrie, because if there's any soap that needs it the most, it's Corrie.

Ronnie has become stale, and she forgets Matthew most of the time. Roxy works a lot better away from Ronnie and it's a shame she is leaving.

Matthew Robinson axed quite a lot of EE characters back in the late 1990's. Ditto Brian Park in Corrie, and possibly Kirkwood in Hollyoaks too.

I really like Lee. I've not been a fan of his Depression storyline as it's not really gone anywhere, and - even as someone with mental illnesses myself - I've not really engaged with it, but I like DBH, and Lee was one of my favourite Carter's (although cheating on Whitney with Abi did sort of ruin him, but I was willing to look past it
)

Lee seems to get quite a bit of stick on here but I like him and think Danny Boy is a good actor so it's a shame he's leaving. I think Les and Pam have really excelled in the aftermath of Paul's death too

Not sure about Brian Park for Corrie, but he axed several popular characters which made one actor quit.

Never mind the actors, the writers and production crew need sorting out as they come up with the storylines and situations.
