Not at all, I was actually quite well-liked at school (although a few of my teachers hated me). Looking back though, if I were at school again, I'd probably be a bit less cocky. I was intelligent at school (), so when the 'harder' but thick kids used to try and bully me I also had a witty remark which got me into a bit of trouble.

So yeah, I probably was 'D*ckhead Danny' to a few

That's more or less my school days, except I wasn't cocky or anything. But I was intelligent and in the end stood up to my bullies who (well most of them).

I've just always been cocky. Especially to my PE teachers. Without meaning to sound like I'm stereotyping PE teachers, I never had a decent PE teacher. They were all nobs

I just don't think before I speak, so when people used to try and bully me I gave it back (although thinking about it, the stuff I said back probably upset them more than it upset me, but that's probably be because I didn't let them bother me anyway)

I hate bullies though, they're worst than a horny Grad

I never really had a problem with my PE teachers, but I did clash with my history teacher who threw a pen at my head, so in return I chuckdd a wooden ruler at him

I just used to sit there and take it, but in my later years I thought I had nothing to lose and gave it back, especially as the bullying got worse and more personal. So for example, they would bully me about my anxiety and stuff like that and it did affect me.

I will never forget the day though I was in Biology and two of the bullies kept pushing my stuff off the table repeatedly, and one of the more popular boys from my year walked across the classroom and punched one of them in the face.

When my sister was at school, (this was about yr10) a French teacher threw an electronic register at a pupil who was giving her cheek!

This teacher said i was not paying attention and the pen came rather sharp, and could have taken my eye out, so i thought i will have you for this, and chucked a ruler which was on the desk.

I was diagnosed with Anxiety and another mental illness when I was in Year 9, which was when my bullying got worse, so that did affect me quite a lot TBF. But I also had a medical condition (which I managed to keep secret at first) which got 'exposed' quite cruelly by one of my "best friends" which also contributed to my bullying, which is why I got cocky I think

Speaking of pen(cil)s, in primary school I was always terrified of walking around with a pencil in case I tripped on a chair and stabbed myself in the eye. That's what being a squeamish 9 year old does to you

I had a meltdown in Year 6 because I'd spent about five minutes making my sign to advertise out Toastie Stall and then some goon decided to scribble on it We used to have pencil pots and then baskets, so I spent about five minutes unloading the pencils and throwing them at him, and then chucked the basket at him

It's crap isn't it?

There was a death just before I went into Year 10 and this was around the time I started having panic attacks and anxiety and it became really hard to focus. Around this time also I developed an eating disorder (which I still have a problem with) and I also tried to do something really stupid which I managed to keep secret before it got out around school and more or less everyone seemed to take pleasure in knowing it. I think after that I began doing more bad things and just started to be more tough, even though I was vulnerable at the same time (if that makes sense).

I can understand that, it would be like a defence mechanism?

Sort of, but there was also the fact I didn't want to punch them all (because I'd have hit near-enough every kid in school), but I wasn't going to let them get away with it, so I just used to give it back.

I don't understand why teenage boys seem to have an obsession with asking "is your Mum fit?".

I never understood why people always wanted to know what was going on in everyone else's life. Like seriously, watch EastEnders or summat if you're that bothered

I wish I'd said to them at the time why they were so interesting in my personal life, like it's got nothing to do with you love.
