Who's going to sign my petition to bring Mrs Fanshaw back to Corrie & buy the Rovers? (I'll send it to Kate Oates if I get enough signatures )

I think we should protest outside the Corrie studios.

No opinion on Mark Burt. He's another of the '2004 intake' who I feel are Kieran Roberts's little minions. I'd better watch what I say, some FMs don't like me commenting on KR.

Jonathan Harvey is the worst for me, absolute worst. Mainly because he openly said that he felt Corrie was 'beneath' him
I love reading your opinions on anything to do with Corrie.

I noticed Verity MacLeod is Corrie's script editor whilst her husband is Producer of Emmerdale.

Was it him who wrote the episodes about the bins, all of the men recognising Tracy's lamp she threw out and something about washing up?
Probably, and it was Simon Crowther that wrote the ridiculous episode where Tyrone, Kevin & Luke were singing Christmas Carols in the garage

He wrote the nice episode recently when it was Deirdre's anniversary of her death and the Barlows had some nice reflections, Amy and Robert's conversation was particularly touching I remember.

That's when we thought it had turned a corner under Kate and now look where we are.

That was around the time Sally had a nice reflective chat with Yasmeen too, with a nod to the past, but soon after that the show returned to it's crap state.

A DS written episode would probably have been better.

Another idea for a petition perhaps?

I hope that my thread "Worst Ever Corrie Scenes" has reminded you about how abysmal 2014 and 2015 were on Corrie (Andrea & Neil on the roof, Stevie's tiles, the camping trip, Joni Preston and buckets more of shite) so in comparison Corrie's like a Hollywood blockbuster now

It was the show was picking up then the next episode plummeted back to it's previous quality. Shame.

Mmmm, I think there was a slight pick up at the end of this week (I can't believe I said that ) but for the most part it's still shite atm.

I have noticed the humour is less slapstick and more humorous now but there's room for (a lot) of improvement?

Maybe

I'm indifferent to her but prefer her to Sharif and Alya. Ironically I like Zeedan the most but when they were first introduced he was the one I disliked the most.

Do you think the whole Nazir family will be gone within the next 12 months?

Before the Marc Anwar business I would have said no but now I'm not sure.
